Letter to Commissioner of Police, Delhi to inform demonstration by HRDI to protest kidnapping and captivity of Rinkle Kumari.

Subject: Demonstration at Pakistan High Commission situated at 50-G, Shantipath, Chankyapuri, New Delhi-110021 on 24th February, 2013 between 11.00 am to 01.00 pm to protest kidnapping and captivity of Rinkle Kumari.

Sir,
Human Rights Defense India is an organization committed to the Human Rights concerns of the Indian Diaspora. We are concerned about the atrocities being committed upon the religious minority in Pakistan. We are deeply concerned about Rinkle Kumari who was kidnapped by fanatics of 24th February, 2012 and is still in their captivity. On 24th February, 2013 this sordid tale of Rinkle’s woes would complete exactly one year.
Rinkle Kumari and other girls and women belonging to minority community continuously live under the threat of kidnapping and force conversion. In order to register our protest, HRDI is going to stage a demonstration at Pakistan High Commission situated at 50-G, Shantipath, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-110021 at 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 pm on 24th February, 2013.
The Human Rights activists and organizations would gather at the parking of Teen Murty Bhavan and would proceed towards the Pakistan High Commission.
After the demonstration the delegation of the Human Rights Defense India shall present a memorandum to the Hon’ble High Commissioner of Pakistan.
You are requested to make necessary arrangements in this regard.
