  1. Integrated Programme on Fair Recruitment (FAIR) – Phase II 1 November 2018 – 31 October 2021This global project seeks to contribute to the promotion of fair recruitment practices globally and across specific migration corridors in North Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. Target countries include Hong Kong SAR, Jordan, Nepal, the Philippines, Tunisia and Qatar.
  2. Eliminating child labour and forced labour in the cotton, textile and garment value chains: an integrated approach 1 March 2018 – 28 February 2022The project seeks to promote enhanced legislation and policies, to address the basic needs and rights of children engaged or at risk of child labour, and of victims of forced labour, while adopting an integrated area based approach, embedded in a value chain approach including cooperation with local industry and international buyers.

  4. Technical Cooperation Programme between Qatar and the ILO 29 January 2018 – 29 January 2021The Programme in Qatar reflects the common commitment of both the Government of Qatar and the ILO to cooperate on ensuring compliance with ratified international labour Conventions, as well as achieving fundamental principles and rights at work in the State of Qatar in a gradual manner during the period 2018–20.
  5. EQUIP : Equipping Sri Lanka to Counter Trafficking in Persons 1 September 2017 – 31 March 2020The Project aims to reduce human trafficking in Sri Lanka by intervening via a three pronged approach (3P’s) : Prevention, Protection and Prosecution through conducting research and awareness to inform regulations and practice, ensuring fair and ethical business recruitment practices are adopted, improving protection services for identified victims and prosecuting and investigating offenders.
  6. Promoting Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work in the Cotton Supply Chain 10 May 2017 – 30 June 2020The project aims to foster a partnership approach among the partners on promoting Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (FPRW) for a sustainable cotton supply chain in Pakistan.
  7. SEA Fisheries Project (Strengthened Coordination to Combat Trafficking in Fisheries in South East Asia) 1 April 2017 – 31 August 2020The Project aims to reduce human trafficking in the fishing sector by strengthening coordination and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of existing national and regional level anti-trafficking efforts in South East Asia. A regional coordination body will be established to support collaborative approaches, develop and implement joint strategies, and share information.

Convening Actors to Develop and Implement Strategies to Reduce Child Labour and Improve Working Conditions in Artisanal and Small-Scale Gold Mining (CARING GOLD MINING PROJECT) 11 December 2015 – 31 October 2019Funded by the United States Department of Labor (USDOL), the four-year project will address child labour, decent work deficits and working conditions in Artisanal and Small-Scale Gold Mining (ASGM) in the Philippines, specifically in Camarines Norte as pilot province.
